Our working method

Our comprehensive suite of professional services caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from homeowners to commercial developers.

For each request, we quote 20 suppliers

After receiving your requests, we reach out to approximately 20 suppliers that align with your specifications. As we receive quotations we filter them based on price, minimum order quantity, perceived quality, pertinence, supplier’s attitude and response time.

Then we select the best option

We present you what we deem is the best option for each request and if you choose to go forward, we act as intermediaries. We offer support with design, contracts, intellectual property protection, packaging, SKU and GTIN, payment facilitation, taxes and standards research, testing, photo taking, and logistic based on your needs.

And we handle all production details

After payment of the goods, we launch production incorporating quality control pre-shipment and optional logistics coordination. Upon goods reception, we assist in supplier-related concerns or, if satisfied, you can settle our 5% service fee.

And when it comes to currency, we guarantee all quotations in CNY, and you pay the equivalent in EUR or USD at the exchange rate of the day.

  • No, we will always act as intermediaries to safeguard the work we have done for you.

  • We are liable up to the amount of our service fee. The goods and logistics fees are paid separately and transferred to the supplier and logistic company. We can void our service fee if you are not satisfied, and we can assist you in negotiating for a refund towards the suppliers, but we can cannot be liable for the value of the goods.

  • Our included quality control is handled differently depending on the goods and the quantity. Typically, for small quantity, goods are sent to our warehouse where we can inspect them before consolidating with other items and shipping them together. If time doesn’t allow, and the products need to ship directly from the factory to you, we will usually inspect goods via video call. For large quantities, we often send our staff on site before shipment. For each order we offer a level of quality control which we believe is adequate to the quantity and the financial risk of this order. You may always request additional quality control at an extra cost.

  • Yes, we can help you arrange shipping according to any of your requirements, our most usual shipping terms are FCA (Delivered to your agent in China), DDU (Delivered to your door, taxes unpaid), DDP (Delivered to your door, taxes prepaid).

  • Yes, we can help you write and sign bi-lateral contracts between your company and us, and between us and the supplier, in English and Chinese. Contracts can be established to protect you, your brand, your innovation as well as facilitating the export procedure. We cannot guarantee that the supplier will abide by the contract, but our company being registered in China, within the jurisdiction of Shanghai means that we have more leverage to incline suppliers to abide.

  • Yes, our company includes offices where we handle the quotation service and a 800sqm warehouse where we can arrange quality control, packaging, order consolidation, and logistics on demand. This dual role, with the ability to handle service and post-production allows us to meet your requirements like no other agent.

  • We’re from both, the two partners in the company are Chinese and French. This allows us to thoroughly understand both ends of the business.

  • No, while we may inform you about taxes and duties in each country, or warn you about test standards applicable to your country. We cannot research all applicable laws for every country. You are the final decision maker and you should make the appropriate verifications for your industry and specific product. We especially call for your attention for packaging requirements, regulations on toys, paints, liquids, batteries, products with magnets. We will gladly assist you sourcing products that meet the required standards and make the appropriate tests if necessary.

  • In order to offer you the best price we always offer our quotation guaranteed in CNY (Chinese Yuan) for the goods and in USD for the logistics, because this is how we’ll pay the suppliers and the logistic companies. Without any currency exchange risk fee added.

    In our quotations we also offer estimated prices in the currency of your choice based on the rate of the day. When you decide to make a payment, we make sure that the rate is still correct, we convert your money into CNY immediately upon receipt and forward you the proof.

    After conversion, if the final amount is less than needed, we usually negotiate with suppliers so they accept the little difference. If the final amount is greater, we keep the extra for you as credit on your next order. If the difference is too important, we reserve the right to request an adjustment.
